The products you order in our webshop normally have a production time of two weeks. We always make our products to order. This is not the quickest way, but you get a lot of personal attention, quality of packaging and 5-star service in return 🙂
When you order the product for a special occasion such as a birthday or a wedding and you may want to receive it sooner or for a specific date, please let us know. We always do our best to take that into account and very often it is possible. So if you are in doubt about whether your product is delivered in time, contact us.
When you have placed an order, you will always receive an email from us stating when we expect to send your product to you. During busy times, like for instance around festive seasons, delivery time may be longer.
Shipping of parcels is done via the postal service or parcel delivery service of our partner Sendcloud or Parcel Parcel and their cooperation partners.

The amount of shipping costs to other countries than the Netherlands are shown in the shopping basket with your order.
You’ll receive a Track & Trace code by email immediately after shipping, so you can track your order. If you are not at home during the delivery, the delivery person will try to offer the package again the next day. Did the second delivery attempt fail? Then the delivery person ensures that the package is delivered to a pick-up location nearby. It is also possible that the delivery person delivers the package to the neighbours. In both cases, the delivery person will leave a note in the mailbox with more information.
If the package is not picked up at the pick-up location within two weeks, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you about the further processing of your order.
